We recognize that integrating new employees into your organization is an essential but often lengthy process. To simplify and accelerate this task, we've developed a feature within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) specifically designed to assist you: the "Marked as Hired" button. Let's explore how you can utilize this tool to enhance your onboarding efficiency:


1. Set Up Integration: Initially, you'll need to integrate your ATS with your Onboarding account. Simply contact our Support Team to initiate this setup. We're here to assist you every step of the way.


2. Identify Your New Hire: Within your ATS, pinpoint the applicant who has accepted your job offer.


3. Utilize the 'Marked as Hired' Button: On the selected applicant’s profile, you will find the "Marked as Hired" button. Clicking this button will begin the transition from candidate to team member.

4. Enter Essential Details: You will be prompted to enter important details about your new hire, such as salary, employment type, pay period, and compensation structure.

5. Save to Proceed: After entering all the required information, click "Save" to finalize this stage of the onboarding.

6. Navigate to the Onboarding Tool: Once the details are saved, the data will zip on over to your connected Onboarding account.


7. Commence Formal Onboarding: Once logged into your account, navigate to the section labeled "Onboard a New Hire" located on your dashboard. Here, you'll find an intuitive interface that simplifies the entire onboarding process. Click on the "Onboard a New Hire" button to begin the journey.




8. Select the Appropriate New Hire: using the dropdown menu to Choose an Employee/New Hire, you'll be on your way to assigning a workflow. More on that process can be found here: Onboarding: Hiring An Applicant
