Welcome to your Employee Onboarding platform, where onboarding becomes a breeze! In just a few easy steps, you can seamlessly bring on board the perfect candidate for your team. Below, we'll guide you through the process of onboarding your new hire with our user-friendly platform.


Step 1: Onboard A New Hire

Once logged into your account, navigate to the section labeled "Onboard a New Hire" located on your dashboard. Here, you'll find an intuitive interface that simplifies the entire onboarding process. Click on the "Onboard a New Hire" button to begin the journey.



Step 2: Initiate Workflow

Create or select the new hire you wish to onboard and begin collecting the information you need from the new hire by reviewing/assigning the necessary tasks. 

 

Step 3: Start The Workflow

Once all the tasks have been assigned, hit the "Start Workflow" button at the bottom of the screen to send your new hire their welcome email. 

The new hire will receive an email with a link to create their employee portal account to log in and see/complete the tasks that have been assigned to them. Refer to the example below:



Once the new hire has followed the directions in their welcome email, created their employee portal, and logged into it, they'll see the tasks you've assigned to them with due dates for each task to be completed.
